All Round 2 events are performed without an audience. The semi-finals and finals, together with the prizewinners’ concerts, are additionally subject to the following provisions over and above the General Rules of Hygiene:

  • Ticket sales: Tickets are sold under the condition that governmental provisions in respect of visitor numbers may change at any time. When tickets are sold, contact data will be collected in case of possible tracing.
  • Access to the performance venue: Visitors may be admitted to the performance venue only if they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, have recovered from it or have been tested negative for it. The respective certificate is to be shown before admission: proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a current negative test result (PCR test not older than 48 hours or antigen quick test not more than 24 hours old).
  • Mask wearing: On entering and leaving the performance venue and during the entire duration of the concert, an FFP2 mask must be worn (see General Rules of Hygiene).
  • Minimum distance: The minimum distance of 1.5 m is to be observed during the entire visit. This will be effectuated by means of the placement in the seating plan (see General Rules of Hygiene). Sitting together without keeping at least 1.5 m apart is allowed only for persons who are not subject to contact limitations in relation to one another. Joint placement is possible only when the persons concerned present themselves to the manager or promoter as a group.
  • Catering: The hygiene regulations do not allow provision of food and drink.
  • Seating: Visitors receive specified seats, which they must occupy so as to comply with the distancing provisions. The means of access to the seat is displayed on the ticket. Employees will be available at the time to help visitors find their seats. Those who have to pass others on the way to their seat must do so back to back.
  • Cases of actual or possible infection: Visitors who feel ill cannot be admitted to our events. Their health, and the health of all others attending the concert, is of paramount importance.
  • Proactive collection of information: It is the duty of audience members to check the current regulations before attending a concert, since these can change at short notice.
  • Transferability of tickets: Tickets are non-transferable.
  • Late arrivals: Those who arrive too late for the start of the concert may be seated in free places at the ends of the back rows, if available, provided the minimum distance to other concertgoers is observed. If distancing cannot be guaranteed, because all end seats are occupied, late arrivals cannot be admitted to the event. In that case, no refund of the admission price will be given.
  • Non-observance of the hygiene rules: Persons who cannot comply with the above mentioned rules of hygiene will not be allowed to attend the event. In that case, as above, no refund of the admission price will be given
