München 72 Sources
A documentary experience in virtual reality on the 50th anniversary of the Olympic Games in Munich and the Munich Massacre.
For the development of "München 72" we researched in various archives. A list of the archives and the sources for images, audios and videos we used in the VR Experience can be found below. All sources can also be found as text panels in each of the five VR worlds. For the research, the project team also inspected the files of the police and the public prosecutor. Findings from this have been incorporated into the design of "Munich 72", e.g. findings about the course of the hostage-taking, about the rooms and locations, but also about personal belongings
